Healthy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Healthy Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken DipIt’s Game Day!!!! In honor of the Super Bowl today we wanted to share another great party snack, Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip! This is a very simple recipe made with only 3 ingredients. This recipe is made healthier with the simple replacement of cream chesse with whole milk greek yogurt and instead of ranch dressing and hot sauce, we used a dry buffalo seasoning. This recipe provides all the great taste and creaminess of the original, but with more protein, less sugar and less saturated fat. Want more flavor? Add a little sharp cheddar cheese and enjoy! Utensils Needed:

  • Slow cooker
  • Forks to shred chicken
  • Spoon for mixing
  • Bowl to serve in

Ingredients:

  • 32oz of Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Family Pack of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (~4-5lbs)
  • 2 Packets of Dry Buffalo Dip Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Mix greek yogurt and dry dip mix in slow cooker until well combined
  2. Add chicken breasts
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours
  4. Shred chicken with two forks and mix well
  5. Serve and enjoy 🙂
