It’s Game Day!!!! In honor of the Super Bowl today we wanted to share another great party snack, Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip! This is a very simple recipe made with only 3 ingredients. This recipe is made healthier with the simple replacement of cream chesse with whole milk greek yogurt and instead of ranch dressing and hot sauce, we used a dry buffalo seasoning. This recipe provides all the great taste and creaminess of the original, but with more protein, less sugar and less saturated fat. Want more flavor? Add a little sharp cheddar cheese and enjoy! Utensils Needed:
- Slow cooker
- Forks to shred chicken
- Spoon for mixing
- Bowl to serve in
Ingredients:
- 32oz of Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
- 1 Family Pack of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (~4-5lbs)
- 2 Packets of Dry Buffalo Dip Seasoning
Directions:
- Mix greek yogurt and dry dip mix in slow cooker until well combined
- Add chicken breasts
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- Shred chicken with two forks and mix well
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
